Residential As-Builts refers to the detailed documentation and architectural representation of the existing conditions of a residential property, in the form of as-built drawings, plans, and 3D models. Our Working Process

Survey. Depending on the project’s scope we use one of our High-Definition scanners to scan the property and surrounding area from inside out. We always try to collect as much data as we can by the combination of tools, measurements, and photo records. Our on-site job is always smooth, with a high level of attention and effort for project success.

Post Production. The next step is to process the point cloud, photos, and other measurements collected during data acquisition. Sometimes we use multiple HD scanners on the same project, we combine all the point clouds and align them to provide the best accuracy of the existing model.

Drawing and Modeling. The 2D plans include floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, you name it. In addition to the 2D drawings, we create a 3D in Revit, which is compatible with other architectural software and provides a more complex understanding of the elements and specifications of the building that are hard to see in 2D.

Integration of Additional Data. Information from photographs, utility plans, and other relevant sources may be integrated into the As-Built drawings and models to provide a comprehensive overview of the property's existing conditions. We can incorporate your topo survey, engineering plans, and undocumented changes.

Quality Check. The drawings and 3D models undergo a thorough quality check to ensure accuracy and consistency. Any discrepancies or errors are corrected during this phase to maintain precision.
