What are a Commercial
As-Built Services
Commercial as-builts involve a comprehensive approach to documenting existing structures and spaces. This data is then translated into a record of existing conditions, which can include detailed CAD drafting or Revit drawings, as well as 3D models of different building types.

Our Working Process

Survey. The process starts with as-built surveying of commercial buildings. A professional surveyor will collect building information using a specific scanner or a combination of different tools to ensure the use of the best as-built measuring techniques for the specific project to provide an ample amount of information to the drafting team.

Post Production. After data collection it is important to organize and process all the point clouds, pictures, other measurements and get the project started.

Drawing and Modeling. Asbuilt architectural drawings may vary from a very simple wall layout to detailed floor plans with trim and electrical fixture, or reflected ceiling plans with lights and moldings, we will go above and beyond to make sure that the architect and project coordinators are satisfied with the plans and building information models.

On-going Support. One of our customer service strong qualities is the ongoing support. We mostly work in Revit, however, by request we can prepare quality as-built CAD files, when we document existing conditions in 2-d, comprehensive 3D BIM model, or other custom as-built drawing services.

Most of our work was done within 2-3 weeks, however, it will depend on different factors, smaller projects can be done within 5 days, while to produce measured drawings for bigger projects may require more efforts.
